Assessing immune system correlates to individual tumour size dynamics

There is still little biological understanding with regards to how immune system changes over time effects changes in tumour size over time with and without an immunotherapy treatment. Although this question can be answered through biological experiments done in a laboratory they do not provide insights within a human patient. Since no biological experimental system can fully mimic the human disease system. Hence access to clinical data is the only option to explore the question. The analysis being conducted we hope will aid in a better understanding of how the immune system interacts with the tumour at a high-level. This understanding could aid in providing testable biological experiments which could in turn lead to new insights and thus improve our general understanding of the interaction between tumours and the immune system within patients.
